Job Store Staffing is currently seeking production associates for our client company for manufacturing opportunities. We are looking for qualified, motivated individuals to work in the cleanroom setting up and operating the packaging lines.
Location: East Colorado Springs, 80915
Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (with OT on Friday, up to 50 hour weeks)
Pay: $14.81/hour
Duration: Temporary, 4 weeks
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate various bottling and manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Assist with the operation of additional machinery as needed to support production goals.
- Perform machine breakdown procedures, including disassembling parts for cleaning or product changes and reassembling for new production runs or shift changes.
- Troubleshoot equipment and product issues, make minor adjustments, and promptly communicate any delays or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in basic math skills, including ratios and decimals.
- Ability to assess and improve operating practices to increase efficiency.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with strong communication and organizational skills, committed to completing tasks on time.
