Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Assembler for a manufacturing environment focused on small parts and precision work. This role is ideal for someone with strong hand-eye coordination, cleanroom experience, and the ability to follow detailed processes and documentation.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay Range: $19-23/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform small parts assembly requiring a high level of precision and attention to detail
  • Follow specifications, drawings, and established procedures to produce products
  • Maintain and adhere to cleanroom protocols at all times
  • Accurately complete work orders, inspection records, and production logs
  • Track and account for raw materials used in the production process
  • Package finished products, including labeling and use of equipment such as ultrasonic welders, canning machines, and vacuum sealers
  • Enter labor hours, materials, and production data into manufacturing software
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area and equipment
  • Follow production schedules and communicate material shortages
  • Ensure proper material traceability and documentation throughout the process
  • Assist other team members as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of production experience in a cleanroom, wafer fab, or small parts assembly environment 
  • Strong hand dexterity and ability to work with small tools and components
  • Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a microscope
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive hand movements
  • Must be able to wear nitrile or latex gloves and work with metal powders without adverse reactions
