Job Store Staffing is hiring Manufacturing Technicians to support high-reliability electronic hardware production.
This is a hands-on role where precision matters. You will be doing electronic soldering, mechanical assembly, and other technical manufacturing support work. If you like steady work, detailed processes, and building things the right way the first time, this is a strong fit.
Job Duties
- Build and assemble electronic and mechanical products to exact customer specifications
- Follow detailed drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Perform precision soldering and assembly work
- Ensure products meet all quality standards and build certifications
- Identify and escalate any quality concerns right away
- Use and maintain tools and equipment properly
- Operate automated equipment and run program files when needed
- Communicate production status with leads and supervisors
- Follow all safety policies and IPC ESD standards (training provided)
- Support material control processes, including counterfeit part prevention
- Work with engineering teams on assigned requests
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve quality and efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Certifications IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, or IPC/WHMA-A-620
- Experience with electronics assembly or precision manufacturing
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office helpful but not required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Reliable, consistent, and safety-minded
