Industrial Painter

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and painting industrial piping and related components in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should have previous industrial painting experience and be comfortable working with specialized coatings and spray equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pipes and metal surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and other surface preparation methods
• Apply industrial coatings and finishes using spray equipment
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous industrial painting experience required
• Experience using spray painting
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a production environment throughout the shift

Safety Requirements:

• Must be able to wear a full protective paint suit for extended periods
• Must be able to pass a drug test (including THC) and background check. Potential for random drug screens.
• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and wear a fitted respirator while performing painting duties
• Must follow all PPE and safety requirements
