Learning and Cultural Enrichment Admin

Job Description

We are seeking a temporary Learning and Cultural Enrichment Admin for a financial institution in the Colorado Springs area. This project is expected to last 6 months.
Pay: $22-28/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

  • Password Management: Perform monthly password resets and refreshes for operations training systems. (Approx. 1 hour per week)
  • Symtrain Resets: Complete Symtrain system resets and manage related tasks. (Approx. 20 hours once a month)
  • Course Review and Error Fixing: Review all training courses to ensure accuracy, correct any errors, and document any references to team members or content that may change. Communicate updates to the team. (Approx. 16 hours per week)
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with all LCE teams to add new projects to Workfront and assign appropriate revision dates to ensure timely updates and accurate documentation. (Approx. 4 hours per week)
  • Course Build Review: Review and validate MSR (Monthly Status Report) course builds to ensure alignment with project goals and accuracy in content. (Approx. 4 hours per week)
  • Communication Plan Review: Assist in reviewing and checking communication plans for 2025, ensuring that messaging is consistent and accurate. (Approx. 2 hours per week)
  • Content Review and Updates: Review and update PEAK pages across all LCE-related content, fixing any errors, and documenting references to team members or outdated content. (Approx. 4 hours per week)
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to team activities as needed. (Approx. 4 hours per week)

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous corporate/ office/ school administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and fix errors.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate updates effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
