Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Hand Sander / CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working with tools and machinery.

The primary responsibility will be hand sanding and finishing parts to ensure they meet quality standards. You will also operate a CNC machine by loading/unloading materials and using the push-button controls to start and stop the machine.

Responsibilities
  • Hand sand and smooth parts according to specifications
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
  • Load and unload materials from CNC equipment
  • Operate CNC machinery using push-button controls
  • Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other general production duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous sanding, production, manufacturing, or machine experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working with hand tools
  • Ability to learn and operate basic CNC equipment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required
No advanced CNC programming experience is required. Training will be provided on the equipment and processes.
