Role Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, you'll oversee maintenance operations for our facility, including equipment, utilities, and aseptic processing. Lead a team of up to 10 technicians, ensuring smooth operations across multiple shifts.
Responsibilities:
Maximize equipment reliability and production line efficiency.
Develop maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
Implement improvement initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements:
8-10 years of maintenance management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary Range: $112K-$140K
