Maintenance/ Automation Technician – Direct Hire

Pay: $31- $40/hr *Based on experience
Schedule: Rotating 12hr shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, including robotics, PLCs, servo motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Support automation projects and system upgrades
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Work with engineers and operators to improve equipment performance
- Maintain records and support safety compliance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Experience in plastic molding or similar manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and automation systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Able to read schematics and technical manuals
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
