Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of production operations and special projects. This role plays a key part in improving processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring production meets quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support across engineering, estimating, production, and maintenance teams
Interpret blueprints and assist in programming lasers, roll formers, and brake presses
Monitor production outputs to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
Coordinate with production supervisors to streamline manufacturing processes
Support and assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of equipment
Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and consumables
Partner with quality and safety teams to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
Contribute to ongoing improvement projects and take initiative on additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role is required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related technical field preferred
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
Experience with machine programming and maintenance is highly desirable
Proficiency with basic computer systems and software
Safety and quality training is a plus

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
