Job Description

Job Store Staffing is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Cleanroom Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in East Colorado Springs.
 
Location: East Colorado Springs, CO 80915
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
overtime & weekends as needed

In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain bottling and packaging lines in a modern, climate-controlled cleanroom setting.

Work Environment & PPE Requirements
  • Controlled, sanitized cleanroom facility.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during shifts (e.g., hairnets, lab coats/suits, safety glasses, gloves, and face masks as required by facility).
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently set up, calibrate, and operate bottling and packaging manufacturing lines.
  • Assist with secondary machinery operations to ensure daily volume goals are met.
  • Disassemble equipment parts for thorough cleaning and product changeovers, then reassemble machines accurately for subsequent production runs.
  • Identify minor equipment issues, perform basic adjustments, and promptly report major delays or mechanical malfunctions to the maintenance team.
  • Ensure all products meet client standards for cleanliness, packaging, and precise labeling.
 
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or packaging assembly.
  • Proficient in basic applied math, including working with ratios and decimals.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • High attention to detail, proactive problem-solver, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
