Job Store Staffing is seeking Temporary Constituent Care Representatives for our Nonprofit client. 

This role is responsible for providing customer service to multiple departments and includes general clerical duties, information requests, certification exam registration, and other duties related to the recertification and membership processes. 

Location: South Colorado Springs, 80906

This is an office-based position requiring you to be in the office 5 days a week.  

Duration: Temporary

    This assignment is expected to last from October through January with the possibility of going permanent 

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm

Responsibilities: 

• Provides excellent customer service through email and phone communication

• Assists exam candidates with understanding eligibility criteria for all certifications

• General clerical duties including: 

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner

  • Update candidate records as needed such as address updates, email/phone updates, mailing list  updates and customer demographics

  • Compile, verify and sort information to be entered into database

  • Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate all issues related to certification, recertification, and membership

  • Other registration-related tasks as assigned

• Process Pre-Requisite Documentation

• Receive and Process official transcripts & CPR/AED documentation

• Help with Recertification

Qualifications:

• Two years of Customer Service experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications

• Experience in a certification, credentialing, or licensing organization a plus. 

• Ability to work on a computer for extended period of time

• Must be able to lift 20 pounds
