Metrology Technician
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80919
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.00-$22.00/hour
We are seeking a Metrology Technician to join our team at a well-established facility in the 80919 area of Colorado Springs. This full-time, day-shift position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in quality control and precision measurement.
Responsibilities:
Perform measurements of parts, tools, and equipment using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision instruments.
Calibrate and maintain measurement tools in accordance with standard procedures.
Record accurate and detailed measurement data and inspection results.
Assist in ensuring products meet quality and specification standards.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve measurement-related issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the metrology area.
Qualifications:
Experience in metrology, quality control, or inspection roles preferred.
Understanding of GD&T and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and solid documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and adhere to established processes.
High school diploma or GED required.
