Job Description

Job Store Staffing is currently seeking a MIG Welder for our fabrication client! Our client is looking for a highly motivated candidate eager to grow with an expanding company. 

Location: Elbert, CO 80106

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hour

Duration: Temporary with possibility to transition to temp-to-hire


Responsibilities: 
  • Read and interpret blueprints 
  • Prepare, measure, and cut materials 
  • Join metal components together using MIG Welding techniques
  • Ensure strength and quality of welds
  • Maintain welding equipment and perform preventive maintenance as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Five years of MIG welding experience 
  • Experience working with black iron and sheet metal
  • CNC experience preferred
  • Team player, conflict management, and organization skills are essential
  • Ability to adapt to custom work orders and ask questions
  • Background, DMV, and reference checks required
