Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the thermoformed plastics segment
Identify and secure new business opportunities across various markets
Conduct regular customer visits and manage sales activity using CRM tools
Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Set and achieve sales targets to grow market share and profitability
Analyze new markets and create strategic plans for successful market entry
Address and resolve challenges to drive sales growth
Deliver compelling sales presentations and prepare performance reports for leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments
Track and report on key sales metrics and departmental KPIs
Carry out additional duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
6–8 years of experience in thermoforming, injection molding, or industrial sales
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Resilient under pressure with a positive, proactive attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for relationship building
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Comfortable working remotely and traveling regularly
Technologically savvy and open to process improvements
Proficient in Microsoft Office with CRM system experience
