This position involves supporting facilities operations, mail services, inventory management, and other general administrative duties within the college. Pay/Hours

- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute USPS, Amazon, FedEx, and UPS mail.
- Maintain asset inventory and tracking systems, including logging items and assigning them to departments.
- Process paperwork for fleet vehicles and coordinate mileage reporting.
- Order and manage office and mailroom supplies, ensuring compliance with purchasing regulations.
- Compile budget reports and maintain financial documentation.
- Support event operations, including room setups and logistics.
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and assist with occasional snow removal.
- Prepare regular reports and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform physical activities, including walking, lifting, bending, and standing.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
