Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming orders by opening, sorting, labeling, logging, and organizing them.
- Ensure order completeness, inspect product specifications, and perform final accuracy checks.
- Accurately enter order information into the Firefly data system, making necessary corrections.
- Facilitate smooth order fulfillment by verbally communicating essential order details.
- Collaborate on remake orders and locate customer orders requiring updates.
- Coordinate shipping details and maintain an efficient filing system for completed orders.
- Operate the FedEx shipping system to prepare packages for shipment, ensuring accurate billing and shipping details.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with computers and data entry systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
