Job Store Staffing is currently seeking production associates for our client company for a temporary need. We are looking for qualified, motivated individuals to work in the cleanroom setting up and operating the manufacturing and packaging lines. Our client is dedicated to making people’s lives better through nutrition.
Location: East Colorado Springs, 80915
Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm with every other Friday
Pay: $14.81/hour
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until end of year
Organizational:
- Read, understand, and follow all appropriate SOPs and procedures.
- Correctly prepare raw materials based on batch records.
- Complete all paperwork neatly and accurately.
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment per SOPs.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly cleaning of all production areas.
- Verify labeled material is accurate.
- Perform periodic inventory of consumable items and inform manager when supplies drop below minimum levels.
- Provide general support to visitors, communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues. Prepare cleaning chemicals per SOPs.
- Clean production equipment per SOPs to insure no cross contamination or microscopic organisms are present.
- Stage raw materials needed for packaging.
Position Requirements:
- 1-3 Years of proven experience in manufacturing
- Ability to perform basic math functions to include ratios and decimals.
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional communication and organization skills, and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, and excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- General food/dietary supplements clean production and warehouse environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be comfortable lifting heavy items. (up to 50lbs)
