Job Store Staffing is looking for a Second Shift Paint Line Hanger to join our client’s amazing team. Our family-owned and operated client has been a leader in sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing for over 50 years!
Location: North-West Colorado Springs, CO 80907
Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am
Pay: $16.00/hour
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
● Set up and handling of all parts brought to the paint line. Successfully secure parts for processing.
● Sets up and operates stated finishing operations to exact specifications.
● Reads and interprets blueprints for each job.
● Prepares metal parts for spray finishing using vibrator sander and pneumatic grinder.
● Performs part mark and wrap operations to prepare parts for distribution to other operations using stated company packaging requirements.
● Mix a variety of coatings using viscosity cups to proper consistency.
● Sets up and operates silk-screen printing equipment and inks.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma, GED, trade school, or equivalent
● One year of demonstrated ability in two of the following areas: Prep, mask, touch-up, or part mark and one of the following functions: Spray paint, silk-screen or equivalent; or the ability to perform job functions regardless of prior experience.
