Job Description

Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80915
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Responsibilities
  • Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray equipment
  • Clean, mask, and prepare parts before coating
  • Operate curing ovens to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements
  • Previous powder coating experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with powder coating equipment and processes is a plus
