Job Store Staffing is seeking a Powder Coat Painter to join our client’s amazing team.
Our family-owned and operated client has been a leader in sheet metal fabrication and
manufacturing for over 50 years!
The Powder Coat team member performs all tasks involved in the painting of the
company’s products, as well as, the day to day preventative maintenance of the
Powder Coat equipment.
SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am
PAY: $16.50/hour
*WEEKLY PAY*
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Hang parts on conveyor
● Clean parts for proper adherence.
● Apply primer and paint to products
● Unload finished product onto pallets to be sent to warehouse
● Clean up all equipment and keep work area clean
● Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
● Two years of Powder Coat experience required
● High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
● Ability to use handheld power tools, paint equipment, and bulky parts and
assemblies
● Training in machine safety and quality awareness preferred
● Ability to read and interpret production blueprints preferred
ADA REQUIREMENTS
Employee is regularly exposed to vibration, moderate noise levels, and occasionally
works near moving mechanical parts. Employee must be able to stand for extended
periods of time while frequently using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or
controls to climb or balance. The employee is frequently required to walk, reach with
hands, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk or hear. Employee must be able to see up
close, use peripheral vision, depth perception and adjust focus. Must be able to wear
appropriate personal protective equipment. Will frequently and repetitively be required
to lift up to 50 lbs.
