Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Temporary Document Prepper to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing documents for data entry and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, proficiency with office systems, and a solid understanding of data management practices. This position plays a critical role in ensuring documents are accurately transcribed and organized for efficient access and use.

Pay: $16/hr

Location: Pueblo, CO 81001

Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm
Duration: Through May (Note that duration and hours can vary depending on volume of work)

Responsibilities
  • Review, sort, and organize documents for data entry.
  • Maintain and manage filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize and streamline document preparation workflows.
  • Open envelopes and extract documents.
  • Remove staples, paper clips, binder clips, and any other fasteners.
  • Flatten and repair any folded documents.
  • Tape up tears and remove all metal clasps from envelopes.
  • Arrange documents in specific, predefined order for processing.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Ability to process work efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 to 50 pounds.
  • Dependability and strong work ethic are essential.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
