Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary role focuses on assembly, packaging, kitting, and preparing products for shipment, while also assisting with general production and warehouse tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and committed to quality, safety, and teamwork.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80907
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18 – $20 per hour
Position Type: Temporary through mid-March
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse environment, including daily upkeep and periodic deep cleaning
Assemble, package, and prepare products according to established procedures and quality standards
Assist with kitting parts and components for production
Support various production areas as needed to ensure efficient workflow and on-time completion
Follow all safety, quality, and documentation requirements in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures
Maintain consistent productivity while meeting quality expectations
Perform additional duties as assigned

Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
Flexible and willing to assist with tasks outside of core responsibilities when needed
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Comfortable using basic technology to track, organize, and communicate production information
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate standard production equipment
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Working Conditions
Regular physical activity including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Work is performed primarily in a warehouse/production setting
