Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to support all areas of our production process. The role primarily focuses on assembly, packaging, and preparing products for shipment, while also assisting with general production tasks as needed. This position requires a hands-on approach, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining quality and efficiency.

Duration: 90 Days
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18 – $20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized production and warehouse area, including daily tidying and periodic deep cleaning.
Assemble, package, and prepare products according to established procedures and standards.
Assist with kitting of parts and components for production.
Support other production areas as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow all quality, safety, and documentation procedures as outlined in company policies and standard operating procedures.
Maintain consistent productivity while adhering to quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to operate standard production equipment.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Working Conditions:
This position involves regular physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
The role is performed primarily in a warehouse/production environment.
