Job Description

Pay: $15.35/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80915

No manufacturing experience required!

Job Store Staffing is hiring Production Technicians for a growing aluminum extrusion and manufacturing facility. If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing.
Paid on-the-job training is provided, along with opportunities to cross-train and grow within the company.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with daily production and manufacturing operations
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
  • Operate production equipment while following safety procedures
  • Perform assembly, packaging, deburring, finishing, and material handling
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Read work instructions, blueprints, and drawings
  • Measure parts using calipers and other precision tools
  • Report equipment issues and quality concerns to supervisors
  • Assist with packaging and shipping as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work in different production areas as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Dependable with excellent attendance
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math and computer skills
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
  • Manufacturing or production
  • Assembly or warehouse work
  • Packaging or shipping
  • General labor
  • Experience with hand tools or calipers
  • Forklift experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for up to 10-hour shifts
  • Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift
  • Regularly lift 30–50 lbs.
  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
  • Work safely around manufacturing equipment
