Job Description

Job Store Staffing is hiring a Program Manager for a manufacturing company in Colorado Springs, CO!

Pay: $28.00-$34.00/hour DOE

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs from kickoff through completion. This role works closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple customer programs from start to finish
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and track project timelines, risks, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Support quoting, bids, and proposal activities
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of related program/project management experience
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
