Are you detail-oriented and experienced in purchasing? Job Store is hiring a Purchasing Specialist to join a fast-paced electronics manufacturing team. In this temporary role as a Purchasing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for sourcing parts, placing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery for customer builds. You’ll communicate with vendors and internal departments to keep everything on track and running smoothly.

Pay/Hours
● $19/hour
● Monday–Friday, 9AM–5:30PM (moves to 8:30AM start after 1–2 months)
● Temporary assignment
Responsibilities
● Source and procure parts based on customer orders
● Enter and track purchase orders in ERP system
● Communicate with vendors and internal teams to prevent order delays
● Help maintain accurate inventory and order timelines
● Troubleshoot issues related to purchasing or inventory gaps
Qualifications
● 1+ year of purchasing experience, preferably in electronics
● ERP system experience (SAP B1 preferred)
● Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and MS Office
● Clear and professional written and verbal communication
● Excellent attention to detail and organization
Preferred Experience
● 2 years in a manufacturing environment
