Position: Quality Control Coordinator
Location: Louisville, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overview:
We are hiring a Quality Control Coordinator to support a manufacturing team by inspecting materials and products, documenting results, and helping ensure compliance with quality standards. This is a hands-on role in a production environment, ideal for someone with attention to detail and a background in QA or manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished goods
- Identify and report nonconforming products
- Assist with internal quality audits and process improvement
- Document findings in electronic records
- Work with supervisors to resolve quality issues
- Support other departments as needed (cross-training available)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar manufacturing role
- Comfortable working on the production floor around machines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- Background check and drug test (not including THC) required
