Job Description

Job Store Staffing is seeking a Quality Control/Assembler for a company in the Louisville area.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday: or 1:30pm-10:00pm

Responsibilities for Quality Control Inspector:

  • Document inspection results by completing reports and summarizing non-conforming product inputting data into quality database.
  • Suggest methods of improving product quality, design or manufacturing processes.
  • Interpret CAD drawings and instructions to ensure materials meet quality and engineering requirements.
  • Able to locate reference point(s) on part and measure dimension such as angle, arc, and radii, using combinations of aids, such as surface plate parallel bars, angle plates, gauge blocks, plug pins, V blocks, sine bars, and precision measuring instruments such as height gage.

Required Skills:

  • Previous quality control experience
  • Lean Manufacturing/ Six Sigma background
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience using an ERP system
