Job Store Staffing is seeking a Quality Inspector for our client in Colorado Springs!
This position is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance in a manufacturing environment. As a Quality Inspector, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and specifications. You will work with minimal supervision and play a crucial role in maintaining high product quality.

Schedule: 7 am – 4pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
Location: West Colorado Springs, CO, 80907
Duration: Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- May occasionally lift and move equipment or materials
- Comfortable working with specialized inspection equipment
Quality Inspector Duties:
- Visually inspect products for compliance with customer and quality standards
- Verify products against established specifications and escalate quality issues as needed
- Ensure adherence to quality systems, including ISO standards
- Use and maintain measurement equipment appropriately
- Operate automated equipment for part inspection when required
- Communicate inspection results and product status to management
- Execute tasks with minimal direction and support continuous improvement initiatives
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- May be substituted for education
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of IPC ESD standards is beneficial
