We’re looking for a detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our team and play a key role in warehouse operations. In this position, you’ll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory while helping maintain accurate stock levels and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. Pay: $19.00/hr
Receiving Associate Available Shifts:
- 8:00am – 4:30pm, Tuesday–Saturday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm, Sunday–Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages to appropriate team members
- Assist with inventory data entry and purchasing record updates
- Support purchasing activities, including placing orders and following up with vendors as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment (5S standards)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory flow
- Accurately pick, pack, and support order fulfillment as needed
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certification or willingness to be trained
- Experience with inventory systems, audits, or purchasing functions
