Job Description
This is a long-term temp opportunity and can be hired on if it’s a good fit.
- $17.75/hr - $18.25/hr
- Mon-Fri 6am-3:30pm
- Quality check Ecom, Retail, Wholesale returns for defects.
- Re-bag and label products as needed.
- Enter the Items into our ERP systems ( RMA creation)
- Processing the return bins back to stock with a RF device.
- Order picking and general warehouse functions.
- Experience with an ERP system- Manhatten Scale , Microsoft AX09 , Handheld RF scanner , printers, email ect.
- Experience working in ZenDesk , processing Warranty returns and updating Zen desk platform with Disposition/ Status.
- Basic math practices
- Patience and attention to detail
- Transaction/ Receiving experience
- Must be able to pass Background check
