Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Admin/ Receptionist for one of our clients in the Aerospace Industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background working in an office setting, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge and ability to assist with various HR functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
Answers questions regarding the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
Work Closely with company's FSO and Executive Admins to host and coordinate high profile customer and government officials
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Maintains the welcome board for visitors.
Maintains camera passes and acknowledgment forms as required. Creates and maintains customer visitor badges. Ensures that family visitors are properly signed in.
Welcomes new employees, temporary workers and independent consultants. Maintains badge requests and bar code files. Creates ID badges and maintains individual files.
Welcomes service providers, determines nature of business and announces service providers to appropriate personnel. Creates and maintains badges for service providers. Issues EH&S and Security handouts. Maintains files on each service provider
Creates and prints memos, and other documents when necessary.
Maintains various computer files such as camera passes, phone list and other documents as needed.
Maintains Front Desk Procedures as needed
Accepts incoming resumes.
Issues and replaces radiation badges on monthly basis.
2 years experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant, or related field required
Experience working for a government contractor a plus
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
