Job Store Staffing is seeking an SMT Operator for a company in the Boulder area. The SMT Operator generally assists in the production and evaluation of printed circuit board assemblies, which involves attaching components, inspecting, and testing printed circuit boards. Individuals with experience in operating SMT equipment are encouraged to apply!
Pay: $21 - $24/hour (DOE)
Hours: Mon - Thursday 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM or Tuesday - Friday
Location: Boulder, CO
Type: Temp-to-hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform defect and failure inspection for PCB assembly and test processes
- Utilize process sheets to ensure correct build of product
- Load feeders for surface mount machines using the load list provided by machine
- Initiate and select correct programs for manufacturing equipment per documented process guides
- Select the proper tools and fixtures to utilize for the manufacturing operation
- Perform machine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment based on assigned schedules under guidance of the manufacturing engineer
Requirements:
- Experience operating SMT equipment
- Understand procedures and processes, schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude
