Job Store Staffing is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative for a client in the Englewood, CO area! The Sales Representative will help protect homes and businesses while making a meaningful impact in the community. Salary: $65,000 base annually, with total earning potential of up to $200,000 per year through commissions.

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to project completion. You’ll serve as both consultant and relationship manager, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct site assessments and design tailored security solutions for residential and commercial clients
- Present proposals and educate clients on product and service options
- Oversee the entire customer experience—from initial consultation through installation and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure long-term client relationships
- Act as a trusted ambassador for safety, integrity, and exceptional service
