Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate for a manufacturing company in the Broomfield area!
Pay: $20-$22/hour
Shift: Training hours will be 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm, then will switch to 7:00am-4:30pm/M-W, final schedule once trained TBD
Type: Temp-to-hire
Location: Broomfield, CO
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of materials and supplies
- Verify the accuracy of received items against purchase orders or invoices
- Unload, unpack, and properly store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments for delivery or pick-up
- Operate warehouse equipment such as electric sit-down forklift, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand controlled pallet jack "joey", etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials
- Use UPS platform
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and MRP systems
- Dress: Steel toe or composite shoes required
- Ability to operate reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying received items
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
