Job Store Staffing is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator for our client in Colorado Springs! Our client is dedicated to making people’s lives better through nutrition. This role focuses on efficiently managing shipments and order fulfillment in a desk-based environment, with an emphasis on shipping coordination.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16 - $17/hr
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80915
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book LTL/FTL shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage retail order fulfillment using Stamps.com and ShipStation.
- Generate and track shipping labels and ensure accurate documentation.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline shipping processes.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
- Experience in setting up and booking LTL/FTL shipments (Required).
- Strong proficiency in using Stamps.com and ShipStation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
