Job Posting: Spring Tech Operator

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Rate: $16/hour

Shift: 6am-3:30pm

Employment Type: Full-time

Are you ready to spring into a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Spring Tech Operator to join our team in Colorado Springs!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain spring manufacturing equipment.
  • Inspect and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on machinery.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
