Job Store Staffing is seeking Spring Technicians for our client in Northern Colorado Springs!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
including 1-2 mandatory Saturdays per month
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Location: Northern Colorado Springs, CO
Projected Start Date: January 14
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working with microscopes.
- Must have good hand-eye coordination for working with small parts.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Spring Technician Duties:
- Follow detailed work instructions to meet company and customer requirements.
- Utilize a microscope to cut, weld, or close coiled spring materials with precision.
- Inspect work microscopically to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Record production quantities accurately using standard company methods.
- Maintain established performance levels on a consistent basis.
- Perform miscellaneous and non-standard duties as needed to support production goals.
Education and/or Experience:
- No experience required; experience assembling small parts is desirable.
- Ability to read, communicate, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Comfortable using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers.
- Basic math skills are essential.
