We are currently seeking a Spring Technician 1 to join our team in Colorado Springs. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with small parts, are detail-oriented, and have a steady, precise hand. Candidates with hobbies or experience in jewelry making, model building, or similar fine-detail work are strongly encouraged to apply.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and inspect small mechanical parts using precision tools
- Operate under a microscope for extended periods of time
- Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards
- Perform repetitive tasks while seated for long periods
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Ideal Candidate:
- Enjoys working with their hands and on small, intricate components
- Has experience with fine detail work (such as jewelry making, model home building, or watch repair)
- Comfortable with extended periods of focused, independent work
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to sit for long periods and work under magnification
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
