Job Store Staffing is currently seeking a Temporary Event & Sponsorship Coordinator for our client. This individual must have experience in sponsorship management and event coordination, with a strong emphasis on ticketing and partnerships. This is a temporary position expected to last through January 2025 or mid-February 2025, offering an opportunity to support high-profile events and partnerships such as the Denver Broncos, Red Rocks, and more.
Location: North Colorado Springs, 80921
Shift: Monday through Friday, 20-35 hours per week (hours may vary based on game weeks and events)
Starting Pay: $22-28/hour
Responsibilities:
- Administer and coordinate the distribution of tickets for events and partnerships, including Denver Broncos, Red Rocks, and CC Hockey, using ticketing platforms.
- Draft and document rules for sweepstakes and ticket giveaways, ensuring compliance with all legal and organizational guidelines.
- Manage the entry process for sweepstakes, track entries, and process them efficiently.
- Assist in planning and executing event logistics, including vendor sourcing, setup, coordination, and on-site management when needed.
- Resolve ticket-related inquiries, including distribution issues, event details, and customer service concerns.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for events, ensuring the right fit for catering, entertainment, and other event needs.
- Provide general administrative duties including scheduling, document preparation, flyer creation, and maintaining organized records for partnerships and events.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in sponsorships, event management, or ticketing.
- Strong administrative and customer service support background.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
