Job Store Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Client’s team as a Test Engineer. As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in testing processes, contributing to the quality assurance of electrical components and microelectronics. You will work closely with a dynamic team of experienced engineers to execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the accuracy and precision of testing procedures.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Shift: Day Shift, 40 hours a week
Pay: $25-28/hour
Duration: Contract to Hire
Responsibilities:
Execute test plans for electrical components and microelectronics according to established procedures.
Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze and interpret test results.
Identify and troubleshoot issues during the testing process.
Maintain accurate records of test procedures, results, and any deviations.
Assist in the development and improvement of testing methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of electrical components and microelectronics.
Basic knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
