Job Store PRO is actively seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager on behalf of our client – a well-established leader in industrial distribution. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional ready to lead a small team and drive daily operations in a fast-paced, 35,000 sq. ft. remote warehouse setting.
As a Working Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee warehouse staff (2–4 direct reports), optimize daily logistics, and ensure seamless coordination with Sales and Operations leadership. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining high customer satisfaction through inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, and safety compliance.

Salary $65K-75K Annually
? Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, organize, and train warehouse staff in shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Manage warehouse layout, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships (e.g., forklift servicing, uniforms).
- Operate and supervise use of sit-down propane forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and light machinery.
- Ensure customer orders meet strict same-day shipping standards.
- Perform product assembly and hydrostatic testing to industry standards.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Customer Service, and Quality Control.
