Job Store Staffing is currently seeking a Weighing and Blending Operator for our client company for manufacturing opportunities. We are looking for qualified, motivated individuals to work in the cleanroom setting up and operating the manufacturing and packaging lines.
Location: East Colorado Springs, 80915
Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (with OT on Fridays)
Pay: $16-18/hour

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Utilize and maintaining scales across various units of measurement (milligram, gram, kilogram).
Execute mathematical functions with a calculator and adhering to Good Documentation Practice standards.
Operate machinery including V-Blender, Ribbon Blender, and various scales.
Dismantle and clean machine components for maintenance and product transition purposes, then reassemble for operational readiness.
Diagnose equipment, device, or product issues and perform minor adjustments; promptly inform maintenance team of any delays or malfunctions.
Perform machine disassembly and reassembly for cleaning, product changes, or shift transitions.
Position Requirements:
REQUIRED: 2+ years of proven experience in machine operating in a dietary supplement manufacturing environment
REQUIRED: 2+ years experience weighing products to the milligram.
Ability to perform basic math functions to include ratios and decimals
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional communication and organization skills, and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
