What You’ll Do:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet client specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in telecom construction or a related field.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including fiber optic and wireless systems.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools and software (PMP certification is a plus!).
