Pay: $65,000 annually ($31.25/hour)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze blueprints and technical drawings to support production requirements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to coordinate schedules, outputs, and specifications.
  • Provide hands-on support with fabrication and machining processes (laser, turret press, brake press, CNC).
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, productivity, and quality.
  • Support estimation and quoting by reviewing designs and planning materials/labor requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
  • Proficiency with CNC programming, blueprint reading, and fabrication equipment (laser, brake press, turret press).
  • Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in metal fabrication, aerospace/defense, automotive, or industrial equipment industries a plus.

What You’ll Do
